Test Solicitor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of conveyancing cases from inception to completion
• Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on conveyancing matters
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with a current practicing certificate
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential/commercial conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
